Michael Tse was born in Hong Kong in February 1960. He has spent many years studying and training with some of the most famous and respected teachers and healers in China.

After an extremely turbulent period in their history, the Chinese people were rediscovering much of their cultural heritage: many teachers who had previously shared their skills and abilities only within small closed communities were now taking selected students so that these skills could be passed on and the benefits cascading to a wider audience. One such teacher of great eminence was Grand Master Yang Mei Jun (photo below) who is the inheritor of the Daoist Dayan Qigong. Michael Tse’s search for the very best teachers led him to Grand Master Yang Mei Jun who accepted him as a close student (something of an accolade in Chinese society).
The Tse Qigong Centre initially started in 1991 in Manchester and has gained in popularity with many people including western doctors, acupuncturists, homeopaths, herbalists etc. It now boasts authorised instructors all over Europe and the world. The Centre holds regular classses, seminars, lectures and treatments.
