Hello my name is Ann.
I am the sifu (teacher) in Abergele and St Asaph. For the past twenty years I have been practising Tai chi and Qigong. Since 2001, I have been a student of the Tse Qigong Centre studying Dayan Wild Goose Qigong, Chun Yuen kung fu and Chen style Tai chi.
In 2006 I was invited to the annual Qigong and Chun Yuen Instructors course. It is there that students deepen their knowledge and are tested on their exercises and forms. Passed exercises and forms are then allowed to be taught. I have attended each Instructors course since. Last year I also attended the Tai Chi Instructors course.
I believe the daily practice of these disciplines has kept me healthy and given me more stamina. I still get colds and flu but they do not seem to last as long as most people’s.
In class each student is taught at his/her own pace so if for some reason students can not attend, there is no fear of missing a lesson or falling behind. As we are part of the Tse Qigong Centre family, you are allowed to attend other classes and know you can carry on learning in the same manner.
As members of the centre you are allowed to attend Seminars on different forms (usually held in London) to increase your own depth of knowledge of your chosen discipline.
(Prices vary dependent on which class you take. Please ring or e-mail for details).
I want to attend a chi chi class in either Abergele or St.Asaph. Please advise cost and times and venues. Thanks. Sue Summers
